Purely Elizabeth nut granola

Here is my honest review of Purely Elizabeth nut granola.

I love a good crunchy, flavorful, and nutrient dense snack. Purely Elizabeth is purely that!

Granola is generally a higher calorie snack, but when the ingredients and nutrition facts (each serving has only 6 grams of carbs and protein) align it is a sweet indulgence. The more real, wholesome ingredients, the better for us.

You can eat this granola standalone or put it on Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, protein shakes, or any other treats you like. It has become an essential in my pantry as I feel like it is a brand we can trust!

My personal favorite flavor of vanilla almond butter has twelve real ingredients consisting of various seeds & nuts, coconut oil & sugar, almond butter, sea salt, cinnamon and vanilla extract.

Does this granola align with any particular diets?

It fits into a handful of diets too – Paleo, Keto, Vegan, while having certain organic ingredients and being gluten-free.

What’s my final review of Purely Elizabeth nut granola?

Overall, I give this a 10/10 for taste and nutrition.
