Owner has the right to terminate a User’s access to HB content upon any violation. Owner will proceed with any necessary legal action or legal enforcement against a User should an action be warranted. Owner may be legally compelled to disclose certain information of a User should Owner receive a subpoena issued by a court or enforcement and/or governmental agency. Owner has the right to amend Legal Notices at any time. HB content, its content, logos, photographs and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of HB content or its affiliates or licensors. User may not use such marks without prior express written consent. All other names, logos, products, service names, designs and slogans on HB content are the trademarks of their respective owners.
