Does food affect your skin?

“Cosmeceuticals” – yes, you read that right. Skin products that are elevated: with effects on both skin functioning and appearance. This concept originated in the 1960s!

One of the best strategies against skin aging is to regularly consume fruits and vegetables rich in biologically active ingredients, olive oil, and a lot of water. Minimize these: alcohol, processed foods, and smoking.

Achieving your healthier body is a combination of feeling good on the inside and feeling confident on the outside. It’s time to start properly fueling your body.

The perception is “we are surrounded by food capable of having effects in the human body, including skin.”* Think about ones that have antioxidant properties: fruits, vegetables.

This brings a whole new dimension to beauty from within. When our body absorbs nutrients from food it either “provides energy or enables growth, repairs or proper functioning of the body.”*

What has been suggested to potentially enhance skin success?
