How giving up coffee improved my health

Are you contemplating what life would look like without coffee? If it sounds frightening, “not like you”…
To me, it sounds healthy!

Below is how giving up coffee improved my health.

Did you know as of 2023, Americans drank “over 26.3 million 60-kilogram bags” of coffee? At this rate, you most certainly can find your own coffee clique.

What if moving away from coffee transcended your health into realms you have not felt lately or in a very long time? If you’re ready to feel better, let me tell you more about how giving up coffee improved my health.

I gave up coffee cold turkey. Let me preface it with I LOVED coffee and could happily consume more than the suggested milligrams of caffeine per day.

Here’s how my health improved after giving up coffee:

#1 I fell asleep quicker, slept in a much deeper state, and stayed asleep longer.

# 2 I didn’t feel anxious, irritable or lethargic. I didn’t experience the coffee crash. I stayed stable by not over indulging in caffeine.

#3 I stayed better hydrated. As we know, coffee dehydrates us. It’s hard to make up for all the harshness coffee does, EVEN if you drink a ton of water (like I do).

#4 I felt more satisfied with my new morning ritual – matcha. Happy sipper over here.

#5 I immediately felt less bloated and quite frankly, did not experience any bloating.

How long did it take for me to reap all these benefits from giving up coffee?

Less than 5 days.

I kid you not. Unbelievable. They say habits take 21 days to make or break, right?

Well – for me, this one was much quicker, highly positive, and has given me the WOW factor when it comes to better health.

What is my best advice for giving up coffee?

I encourage you to “trade up” today. Swap out your coffee to a less caffeinated beverage. You’ll be doing your body and health a lot of good. While you’re at it, perhaps you can inspire neighbors, friends, and/or family members to make the switch.

Message me here to let me know when you make the switch.
