Truly Good Cottage

The summer months mean BBQ’ing, weekend staycations, loading up on fresh, local nutritious items from the farmers market, and getting extra rest.

I’ve recently discovered Good Culture low-fat cottage cheese and I am so excited to share this recommendation with you. It is a great product intentionally created by its founders with HQ’s in Irvine, CA.

Why do I think Good Culture is so amazing?

Five ingredients – all ones you know of and can pronounce.

It tastes clean – because it is!  It makes a nutritious snack or side dish to a meal for the whole family. We know there are cottage cheese recipes that have gone viral lately, ranging from ice cream to cottage toast. Call me old-fashioned, but I just love it on its own, perhaps a little organic ground flaxseed on it.

This is a smart purchase at the grocery store.

As we kick off the summer season, remember to lean towards meals full of nutrient-dense foods.
