LMNT improved my health and lead to healthier travel

Just in the nick of time.

I drink a lot of water. Suffice to say, I was confused and disappointed when my annual blood work results came back low on sodium.

What did my doctor suggest? 

An electrolyte solution to see if that could improve my levels. We were doing a one-month trial before re-checking my labs.

I needed to absorb the water, cut back a bit, and see my sodium levels rise.
