I tried The World’s Healthiest Smoothie?
So here’s a real review.
I tried the World’s Healthiest Smoothie? Right up my alley. Happy to report back on this sipping adventure. Apparently the healthiest smoothie is in high demand. I got the last bottle available recently.
What does that tell me?
A lot of people are wanting to feel healthier, achieve a healthier body and know what the World’s Healthiest Smoothie? tastes like.
What is The World’s Healthiest Smoothie?
It is a smoothie available at Erewhon created by “Function, designed with their Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Mark Hyman, using a carefully chosen selection of organic ingredients.”*
The backstory and goal of the World’s Healthiest Smoothie?
“This nutrient-dense blend was designed to maximize nutritional value and support major health pillars, including omega-3s for inflammation and metabolic support, high-quality protein for muscle maintenance, essential vitamins and minerals for immune and nervous system health, and low glycemic index and high fiber for steady energy.”*
What does it not taste like?
If you try healthy drinks and foods often like me, you know that some can taste earthy, lack a lot of flavor, leave you hungry, or just needing more of anything!
It does not taste like a bad, over-the-top healthy smoothie.
What does the World’s Healthiest Smoothie taste like?
It’s an inviting flavor, super refreshing, tastes like it has a lot of good ingredients in without it tasting like it has a lot of functional ‘meh’ tasting ingredients.
It’s got a subtle berry flavor. I like it and I’d buy it again. It left me full for quite some time. I split it between two days and it was far from bland. I would absolutely give it a 9/10. The only reason I wouldn’t give it 10 is I don’t love banana, but at least it’s not overpowering.

What do I love about The World’s Healthiest Smoothie?
That the base is Malk almond milk. You can’t go wrong. I buy 3-4 of these at a time. It goes into and with everything. It is clean and it is a solid 10/10 base.
I think the ginger juice and beet juice are very complimentary.
I love good seeds, i.e. chia seeds and flax seeds. I consume these daily as it is, so I am happy to see these incorporated in a drink.
Seeds are so important for more than a handful of reasons.
What are the top 3 reasons to incorporate chia seeds and flaxseeds into your routine?
#1 Antioxidant powerhouse
#2 Healthy fats
#3 A protein source
What are the ingredients in The World’s Healthiest Smoothie?
Organic Malk almond milk (a staple in my home for years!), organic blueberries, MCT oil, Udo’s oil, organic beet juice, organic nino banana, organic ginger juice, organic arugula, organic Parsley, organic Cilantro, organic sprouted Chia Seeds, organic Walnuts, organic Flax Seeds, mikuna Cho-Cho Protein Powder, organic Cinnamon, organic Pumpkin Seeds, Thorne creatine monohydrate, and BCAA Powder.

What’s my overall review of The World’s Healthiest Smoothie?
I find The World’s Healthiest Smoothie to be healthy, taste great, and offer solid nutrients. I love that it was created by a doctor.
As a consumer, like I said in my recent interview with Dr. Royston, founder of Just Date, it’s so appreciated when the medical community steps in to create something that can make a positive difference in our lives when it comes to food. Often times they have our best interest at heart and know what the basic body needs or should be getting when available to consumers.
The World’s Healthiest Smoothie? In my opinion, it’s more than a smoothie – it’s a healthier lifestyle drink. “Smoothie” is a high search term; Erewhon is known for its over-the-top fabulous 15+ ingredients cult-like following smoothies.
A lot of times the term smoothie from anywhere scares me a bit because they are typically sugar-laden drinks that leave a lot to be desired health benefit wise.
This is my favorite creation to date. There’s more purpose and healthy fuel in The World’s Healthiest Smoothie bottle than I’ve ever seen or drank before!
